Positive Prerogatives Inc. was
established in January 2002 with the mission
of promoting education and empowerment.
The company was founded by noted businessman
and author Anthony Moore. Mr. Moore
has recently released the book
Scholarship Rich,
which he wrote to educate people on how they
can maximize their college experience and
minimize student loan debt.
